  • I’ve never done Pilates before — can I join your classes?

    Absolutely! My classes are open to all levels, including complete beginners. I always provide modifications from beginner to advanced, and I guide you through imagery to help you connect with the right muscles. You’ll feel confident and supported, and I’m always there to correct, guide, and encourage you.

  • What do I need to bring to class?

    Just wear something comfortable to move in, bring a bottle of water, and yourself! The studio provides mats, so you don’t need to worry about equipment.

  • How do I book a class?

    Simply email, text or call me to reserve your spot. I’ll confirm your booking and send you all the details you need.

  • Is there parking available at the studio?

    Yes — there is parking right by the studio. I’ll share the exact details once you book so you know exactly where to go.

  • Do you offer online classes as well as in-person?

    Yes! I run live Zoom classes for anyone who prefers to practice from home, as well as private 1:1 sessions online. This makes it easy to join no matter where you are.

  • Can I book a private session with you?

    Of course! I offer 1:1 sessions both in-person and online, fully tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle. We’ll start with the Pilates principles and beginner-friendly exercises (just as beneficial as advanced ones!) and finish with a stretch. My goal is not only to help you get stronger and more mobile but also to make sure you enjoy every movement and feel inspired by Pilates.
