  • In this class, I’ll introduce you to Pilates and its core principles. You’ll learn how to connect your mind and body while gently moving through beginner-friendly exercises. Expect plenty of imaginative cues to help you understand which muscles to engage and how to move effectively. This class is designed to help you fall in love with Pilates, build confidence in your movements, and develop a deeper awareness of your body. Perfect for starting your Pilates journey with joy and curiosity!

Pilates & Flexibility - All Levels

  • Focus on lengthening muscles, enhancing mobility, and creating a balanced, flexible body. Suitable for all levels, with multiple modifications so you can choose what feels best for your body and mood that day. Each session ends with a dedicated stretch segment to leave you feeling refreshed, supple, and ready for the next day.
    Let’s get stronger, increase mobility, challenge our bodies and minds, and have fun while feeling lighter, more mobile, and energised after every class!

Live Zoom Classes

  • These live online classes are open to all levels and designed for anyone who prefers practicing from home or lives too far from the studio.

    Modifications are provided for every exercise, ensuring a safe, effective, and enjoyable session wherever you are. These classes are also about building community, everyone is invited to move, strengthen, increase mobility, challenge both body and mind, and have fun together!

    For those who want a more personalised experience, I also offer 1:1 Pilates sessions just for you, tailored to your body, goals, and needs. Let’s grow stronger, more flexible, and energiSed, whether in a group or one-to-one!
