About Kristyna

Kristyna is a professional contemporary and ballet dancer turned certified Pilates instructor. She first discovered Pilates as a way to support her dance career — to strengthen her body, use different muscles, recover more effectively, and keep moving for longer. What began as a tool for performance soon grew into a passion. She fell in love with the Pilates method and the possibilities it offers: building strength, balance, and resilience for every body.

Kristyna believes that Pilates is for everyone. It doesn’t matter your age, experience, or ability — your body and mind will benefit. She is dedicated to helping people move with strength, confidence, and joy.

She created and run her own Pilates & Flexibility classes — building community and connecting with clients who want to experience the benefits of mindful movement. Kristyna also teaches at Nuffield Gym and Horizon Gym, leading Pilates and Strength & Mobility classes. She also created Ballet Fit, blending her dance background with functional Pilates principles.

Kristyna works with clients at all levels. With beginners, she enjoys introducing the foundations of Pilates step by step and helping them feel confident in their movement. With intermediate and advanced clients, she loves exploring deeper challenges, playful modifications, and creative ways to build strength, flexibility, and coordination. For her, every class is an opportunity to connect, move, and discover something new.

When she’s not teaching, Kristyna is often cycling through the countryside, riding her little motorcycle, or exploring new Pilates ideas. She also creates content for her YouTube channel, In Motion with Kristyna, where she shares her passion for movement with a wider community.
